[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door lever is pretty and on all of our doors in our remodeled home. All of the levers have worked for for almost a decade except 1 that we are currently replacing because the latch won’t keep the door closed. It was easy to find a replacement.

First, I ordered online but then after realizing that it will take 2+ to get the product, I went to the store and bought another one. I thought I could simply click cancel but because the order was fullfilled by Schlage; there was no option to cancel online, by calling the store, and by calling Schlage themselves.
