If you are considering buying this piece of trash from Samsung, go to your bathroom, put your head in the toilet and flush. This will ultimately be better for you. Buy something with the minimal amount of buttons that will not stop mid-cycle because it thinks its door is not closed. 0 stars This is the worst purchase I have ever made

Holds mold!! Do not purchase this! We've tried cleaning it. This is only 2 years old

Did not last 3 years

It was always kinda noisy, and we were constantly pulling some sort of weird crud out of it. But the worst of it all is it died 2 months before it's 3rd birthday. The repair guy said, not worth fixing and NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG.

Absolutely Junk

I went out about 2 years ago replacing all my appliances with all new up to date Samsung appliances. I had the stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and washer and dryer. I have slowly had to replace every single thing since. I hate Samsung appliances and don't trust the warranty you purchase with the appliances either. I am now having to replace my washer and dryer, after already replacing everything else. I will not purchase another Samsung appliance.

Constantly stops and not enough water getting in

We have had the washer 3 years, but had issues with it way before. It constantly stops when washing and beeps. It also has now completely stop allowing water to enter to wash clothes. I had a 3 years extended warranty and now they are saying my warranty expired and I don’t know what to do about getting it fixed. My warranty should’ve been up in 2025 after the factory warranty expired and extended warranty. I don’t recommend this product.

gray residue flakes all over everything

I've done everything possible to run self cleans, use hd detergent, use very little soap, manually clean. the wash cycles result with gray residue flakes all over. clothes covered.

Do not recommend

Had for 18 months before it took a dump on me and cost me over $500 to try to fix and now I’m just buying a new one.

Longevity is questionable

I wanted to love it, but three years in and it no longer balances. Clothes come out soaking wet and have to be wrung out by hand after every load.

Not impressed with quality of parts and build

Terrible product purchased late 2021 and already having issues and have to replace parts. Can’t even run a wash cycle without unbalance warning. Obviously it’s the suspension rods however I was led to believe I was getting a product that would be trouble free for at least 4 years. Appliances of the past loved for 15-20 years but those days are long gone. Last Samsung product for our household.

Worked great while it worked

Delivery was quick and easy, but withing 10 days the unit out of no where smelled like smoke and stopped working. Lowes 48hour return policy is not cool. They sent me over to Samsung to have a tech come look at the washer. That took 2 days and now its two days later and still no fix... can't wash clothes at home. I will seek to buy from a different company that has a better return policy.

Love the price I got it for!! Just purchased the matching dryer.

Didn't even last a year.

The washer started off great. Very little sound and did a great job. We bought it in July 2023. It broke by January 2024. The bearing went out. Every time it would spin the clothes, it made a loud clicking noise. The company sent someone to fix it. That lasted 1 month before doing it again. This washer is a waste of money.

Loud Noise

I've had my Samsung washer for just over 2 years. I've had the same unbalanced issue everyone else is describing, but I just worked with it - no big deal. Yesterday, I decided to do a load of laundry before starting work, and the washer started making this very loud noise during the wash cycle. I'm talking LOUD!!! It sounded as if whatever pulled the agitator was off track. I would not recommend this washer to anyone.

Worst washing machine I've ever owned

The sleek look and chimes of this washing machine might make you think it's a good purchase - it's not. Our failed on us after a year, not able to wash even the smallest of loads without becoming unbalanced - and enters into an endless cycle of spinning to drain, then dumping more water on it, then trying again. Prepare to waste a ton of water. Also, there is no way to set default washing settings, so every time you wash a load you'll have to tell it you want to use only cold. Good luck having t...
