Dishwasher will break within 18 months!! Google it

This dishwasher worked decent for about 6 months. Then noticed it would leave a pool of dirty water in the bottom after washing. No clogs, or anything preventing it from draining properly. We continued to use. Now 18 months later, the $1,300 dishwasher no longer works. Faulty moisture sensor causing "LC" error. Google it, there are videos showing this error and it's a problem with the sensor. COMPLETE SAMSUNG JUNK!! I will never buy another Samsung product.

Stay out of Samsung. 3.5 years motherboard gone

Bought in July 2022 and stopped working in April 2026. Samsung customer service is not gonna help on the parts.

Just broke, Error Code C3

Purchased Oct 2022, now April 2026, Error code C3 which is circulation pump motor fault. For spending over $1k for it to last less than 4 years is unacceptable.

Worth it

The Samsung Bespoke line has a great look and works really well. I haven't seen my dishes sparkle like this in years. My favorite part is the two levels of drying mode. I never would use it on my old dishwasher because it would melt anything plastic. Now I can set it to low and it works so well! I love that it pops open to finish up the drying as well. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Dishwasher

Very quiet

However, I've noticed it doesn't quite get everything sparkling clean like my old one did. Despite that one little drawback, I'm still pretty happy with the purchase overall. Absolutely falling apart after 3.5 years

The wire racks inside the dishwasher started disintegrating at 3 years. The prongs and wires that make up the racks just started falling off. It took multiple Samsung tickets, and finally a complaint on Twitter tagging Samsung to get the replacement racks sent 6 months later. For the last year, it has sounded like a jet engine trying to take off. And then, 9 months out of warranty, it threw an error code and continued to attempt to run, even with the door open.
