Hope the product is perfect.

Washer had two small dents in door. Price adjustment was made. Getting hold of a human is virtually (no pun intended) impossible. Website puts you in an ignore the customer loop. Phone system is now AI attendant. An absolute mess! Took 4 hours to resolve issue with dents. Washer works as designed.

Outstanding Dishwasher

The three points for washing really ensure every spot on every dish gets cleaned. We have not found any spots on any dishes. The capacity is very large and fits multiple days worth of dishes as well as larger size dishes with no issues. The outside has looked great from day one, with no fingerprint marks. Not totally dry

Nice machine for the money, we've had several different types over the years. Seems to be very quiet while running. Only issue is it never completely gets dry inside. Our former Whirlpool never did this. We've had the heated dry on, tried high temperature steam wash, nothing makes the load become completely dry. Maybe 90% dry, but not all the way. Brand new machine shouldn't be this way. However, all the dishes and silverware are totally clean, just not dry.

So quiet

10x better than our last dishwasher! So quiet we hardly notice it’s running. Dishes come out super clean and streak free.

A low cost, low quality product. Don’t bother with this one. Owned it less than a month and we already have a service appointment to fix the machine.
