dishwasher only lasted us a year. was a month out of the warranty ,ended up needing repairs ,diagnostic fee plus part would cost us close to a the same washing machine , I went with the Maytag best choice I could have made. I had to pay again, but that old saying goes get what you pay for .. SMH

Because I didn't buy the installation kit, which I wasn't told I needed, the "delivery team" dropped the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen and walked out. Just walked out.

Moldy control panel!

I bought this machine a year ago. Today (no warranty anymore!) it does not power on. There is a mold growth in the junction of the control panel that I believe is from the poorly design appliance and when I squeeze the control panel, water came from the junction. The 5 minutes dry cycle that opens the dooor brings moisture underneath the control panel. I am getting an American front control panel dishwasher to replace this one.

Worse dishwasher ever

I had a Samsung dishwasher for four years. It never got my dishes clean. Within two years, the PBA board was not working correctly. Rather than replace that I bought a KitchenAid that actually cleans the dishes. I’m 69 retired and single and did about two loads of dishes a week. This dishwasher is a piece of crap. I will never ever buy a Samsung appliance again.

This dishwasher is good looking and easy to operate, but the racks have rusted almost completely through in under three years since having it. The racks cannot be replaced, and once we had a Samsung tech out to fix a separate issue, and upon mentioning the rust he suggested we just buy a new unit and that there was nothing that could be done to replace the racks.
