when it worked it worked

very awesome spacious and loved all the bels and whistles to bad it gave out a day later. So make sure and be prepared to wait for a replacement.

Called Lowes and text Lowes. Referred to Samsung fridge is not working correctly and can't find help except a service call a week from now

don’t put your groceries in until you kn for sure

This fridge was beautiful but did not end up working. I returned home to spoiled groceries

Happy with this purchase

This is an all around great fridge. We love the beverage center and even though we had to get the smaller unit to fit our kitchen, it has a lot of space. We appreciate the flexibility of the Flex Zone.

Plenty of space for s larger family!

I love the space this refrigerator offers, the beverage center is convenient and lessens the amount of times my kids open the big doors. I love the flex option on the bottom, currently being used as freezer space but will add extra room for refrigerator items once we purchase a freezer. So far i have had no issues with temp reading that some other reviews mention, fingers crossed. All and all i would say this was a great purchase!

Needs a third drawer

I learned a little over a week after we owned it that I can’t reach all the way in the back of the top shelf and I am 5’3”. Needed tongs to get something out of the fridge. Also there is one less drawer than I am used to so I am having a hard time figuring out where to put things. I will be purchasing something else to help with organization in the fridge. We ended up with a floor model so there was no option for delivery (which we could have really used since we really struggled to get it in t...

This refrigerator is worth the money and more

Received my order as scheduled. I love this refrigerator and would order it again. I would also consider ordering the one with the built in tablet/page which would give me two live doors on the right. A feature I did not know is this one has wifi and you can control it from the smart things app.

My favorite fridge thus far

This fridge makes storing every type of food at the best temperature easy. The size and layout make it so we don't lose and waste our food. The enclosed water dispenser keeps it cleaner and avoids ice spilling on the floor. It looks great!

Don't buy

This refrigerator was delivered twice. The first time the one we got the glass door was shattered. The second delivery attempt one of the panels was dented. Either they are handled poorly or they just are not properly packaged to avoid damage. We'll get a refund and maybe look elsewhere.

The samsumg pople don't help me!!

Since I bought this fridge, it has never worked. All my food has gone bad. I've been trying to contact Samsung, but they just keep me waiting on the line and don't answer. I'm very disappointed and I need help.
