Dissatisfied

Two years into owning this microwave it stopped working. We had to take it completely apart and replace the magnitron-it took painstakingly long to troubleshoot what and how to fix it, but Samsung customer service is horrendous, and it was easier than dealing with the company. This microwave may be more esthetically pleasing than our old one, but what good are looks without function? Terrible buy, Samsung should stick to televisions.

Don't buy from Lowes Period

Lowes just lost my business. I called about the turn table not working and got this 5 days ago. I got told I had to call manufacturer already. When I said I bought the lowes warranty I was told it only comes in to affect when the manufacturer warranty runs out to call the manufacturer. This is in line with some of the other complaints on reviews I have seen. I will shop somewhere else from now on.

Surprisingly the best ever

Easy to install. Stylish. Oven, fryer, microwave all in one. I used the fry feature, and frozen french fries were perfect. No need for a hot oven.

up in the air!

I like it but the turntable isn't functioning correctly. Sometimes I have to open the door and turn the plate a little and start the oven back for the plate to work. It acts like a broken tooth on a flywheel. I have to call Lowes tomorrow. It is 3 days old and did this immediately out of the box.

Overall? It's fine.

I have owned this microwave for over 2 years now so I feel fairly qualified to make a review: It's a fine microwave. (Note: I am some who doesn't really use a microwave.) Our other microwave crapped out (a Samsung, came with the house) so I replaced it with one that would fit the mounting hardware already there. DO NOT BUY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

tHIS OVEN DOES NOT DO WHAT IT CLAIMS TO. IT WILL NOT SO MUCH AS POP A BAG OF MICROWAVE POPCORN. I PAID FOR INSTALLATION. NOW I WILL HAVE TO REMOVE AND PAY TO HAVE ANOTHER INSTALLED. IT WILL NOT BE ANYTHING SAMSUNG. IF A SCORE OF LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD GIVE IT.

Installation never happened!

The installer who came said that the microwave couldn't be placed above the stove because there wasn't enough room above to bolt the microwave. I wish that I had known that before purchasing it. I took in a photo and the sales person said that it could be installed there. I had the installer return the microwave and received a refund for the microwave and the installation fees.

New microwave broke twice

New microwave didnt work and they sent. A replacement. It made a weird noise and now every other time makes a weird noise. I paid about 700 for this. Samsung is my go to and my entire kitchen and laundry, phones and TV are Samsung. This microwave is junk. Praying for support. On hold again

Still a standard microwave, not a time saver

The microwave does not come with much supportive documents explaining the operation. We purchased for the Air Fry Convection efficiency and it has not provved to be effective.
