Would Not RecommendJust stopped heating. After google search I figured it was the megaton. Tech said it would be roughly $300 to fix it. Not going to do that!!

Function buttons did not work
Would Not RecommendSo we purchase this new from Lowe’s this past weekend and had it delivered in a couple of days. Had it professionally installed. I was so excited about having a super nice convection microwave. Then bam it all went down hill. None of the upper function buttons work. We tried everything, including Samsung customer service. Would Not RecommendI bought this about 3 1/2 - 4 years ago and the door latch is now broken. Local repair people tell me they either don't work on Samsung because it's so long and so hard to get repair parts, and I will have to replace the whole door, so getting a new microwave will be cheaper. I will get a new microwave and it definitely won't be Samsung, nor will any of the other appliances I'm looking at

smokes bad using convection oven setting
Would Not Recommendinstalled with vent set to recirculation. At first only half the buttons worked. Finally got the convection oven to come on then 2 minutes into it warming up it started making weird noises. When I shut it off and opened the door smoke came billowing out. so mad about how long it took to install and now I have to take it all back to lowes
