1 year and then dead

I can't help but think this is planned obsolescence with this "smart" microwave stopping working right after the 12 month warranty is up. I expected better from Samsung; microwaves use to last decades. "Smart" thing was suppose to auto register but now we are waiting 2-3 days for them to check the warranty... This is ridiculous.

Variety of jobs it will do.

This is a beautiful microwave. It even bakes. We will enjoy using it. I mounted it over the sink in my camper and the light underneath will be useful too.

Modern sleek look

Easy to use and has a modern sleek look. Bought this a an upgrade for my previous microwave that was about 15 years old.

Unusable Features due to no accessories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice microwave overall. I like the capacity and features. The biggest drawback is that it didn't come with any of the racks or a crisping plate, so I cannot use those features, and they are not sold separately.

Improve the quality of the Samsung microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I feel my Samsung microwave has performed exceptionally well. However, 'fit and finish' is suspect. A part of the 'SAMSUNG' emblem on the front door broke off. It doesn't adversely affect the heating function of the appliance but the missing part of the emblem makes it look extremely cheap.

Not thrilked

Love the Slim Fry function!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave 3 months now and I use it daily. I love the slim fry function. I have been making fish on Friday's now and absolutely love it. I don't think I will ever fry anything any other way. I have baked frozen cookies. They come out great. This microwave can replace my toaster oven and regular oven when I am cooking just for myself.

Nice design fits perfectly

The microwave itself is excellent, and I really like the convection bake function. However, this device is useless when it comes to WiFi connection. It can't even display the correct time after daylight savings without manually adjusting the time. Also, Samsung will try to argue that the microwave can be set via WiFi, but that feature is only enabled a few seconds after pressing a button on the microwave, so there's no way to set the next cooking settings remotely. Samsung disappointment

Bought a replacement for exact same model I bought three years ago (only because it matches), 1st one bought 11/22 (manufactured 05/21) installed it 01/23. Stopped working properly 02/23. Long drawn out process, Lowe's couldn't/wouldn't replace referred me to Samsung, same couldn't/wouldn't replace referred me to Asurion for warranty repair. Automatically shipped three parts(most common failed I'm sure) only two arrived. Installed seemed to work(less than 30 days). Third part never arrived Asuri...

Bought On sale and with installation

Very Sleek Product. Controls are attached to the door. No handle to get in the way. Installers were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Removal of old unit and Installation of the new unit was performed in a clean environment and with professionalism. Installers brought their own vacuum. Very happy with the product and its installation.
