Horrible washer always unbalanced

This washer is horrible. Always unbalances during washes and shakes really bad. You constantly have to arrange your clothes to get it to balance and wash properly . Samsung is not a good brand for appliances.

Poor quality

Bought this brand new in 2020. Had to replace the springs that hold the drum after only 5 years because the loads continually were unbalanced even with small items. Very frustrating trying to get laundry done for a family of 5 and it taking almost an entire day to complete. Then a year later it starts leaking. I can’t figure out where it’s leaking from. Self clean

Dirty

Washer washes great but I’ve noticed that it flushes dirt residue/film out after loads. When a self wash cycle is ran it flows out all the debris into the washer drum.

Wast Money

PIECE OF JUNK

By far the worst washing machine ever made. Will not get through the spin cycle, just restarts the rinse cycle over and over and over….took a full 24 hours to finish one load. Shakes horribly and self clean is a joke…will off load dirt onto your clean load while washing. Trash machine for a trash company.

Efficient and spacious washer

Too easily unbalanced.

I've had this washing machine for 4 years now. It was nice when I first got it, the laundry came out feeling really clean and the cycle didn't usually take super long. I learned pretty early on that it was a little picky about the loads being perfectly balanced but that usually wasn't a huge issue unless I was trying to wash a thicker blanket or more than like two towels. Crap machine

This worked for exactly one year and not even a month yet I went to wash my blankets last night for the first time and it would stop mid cycle and beep four times I was a Samsung fan but over time every time we buy appliances from this crap company of a company something goes wrong.

Don't Purchase

I bought this machine in 2019 and I've hated it from the time I bought it. I wanted a washer that had few dials and the option to determine my own water level vs the sensor. I purchased this washing machine in 2021 however we have had nothing but problems with it for the last few months and now we need to purchase a new washing machine. Do NOT Buy and beware of Lowe’s return policy

I ran the first load on this machine and the tub was full of dirt and debris from some towels. I never had this issue with my previous washer…so, no, it was not the level of soil. I completed 1 additional spin cycle and then another wash cycle and it STILL did not get rid of the dirt and debris. When I called both Lowe’s and Samsung neither of them would do anything for me! god awful

i hate this washer and dryer, dryer stops in the middle of drying so i wake up to sour clothes, the door lock on the washer takes ten years to unlock, they both suck so bad i hate them

Beware

Didn’t even have this 30 days before it stopped spinning and draining. Samsung does NOT stand behind their products. We thought we were getting a better brand but we won’t buy Samsung again.

Love my washer

Lowe’s install team is the best they delivered my fridge and my washer and dryer after the great reviews I went on and purchased this set . I love the ease of use and how clean it gets my clothes . I have a toddler so I’m very satisfied with the results
