DO NOT BUY

If you are considering buying this piece of trash from Samsung, go to your bathroom, put your head in the toilet and flush. This will ultimately be better for you. Buy something with the minimal amount of buttons that will not stop mid-cycle because it thinks its door is not closed. 0 stars This is the worst purchase I have ever made

Stopped working after 5 years

Stopped working after 5 years. Gets stuck on Rinse and spin cycles. Won't drain

Samsung would never buy again, too many problems

Had the Samsung washer and dryer not even 3 years(would have been 3 years in March 2026). Dryer was worked on twice. 2nd time tech said could NOT get part. Told us COULD NOT be fixed. Dryer was worked on twice, put 3 parts on, torn up again. Drum roller, blower wheel, idle pulley. I bought 5 year warranty. So they gave me e gift card for both. More than enough to buy a better upgraded LG (high, top end) washer, dryer...so far so good.

All Show & No Go

This machine has nice features but it constantly goes off balance and as time as gone it’s getting worse. It’s been repaired twice for the same issue. Would never recommend this machine. It doesn’t wash that great either.

Worked great until it put holes in clothes

I liked this machine until it started to eat my clothes. I hadn’t even owned this Samsung WA44A3405AW four years when it began punching holes in my clothing on the delicate cycle. The spin cycle had somehow become so forceful it was pushing the fabric into the holes in the drum, which are punch outs, causing fabric to get caught on the sharp outer edges of the drum holes, which put holes in my clothes and even in some of my thicker garment bags. I had a 5 year extended warranty with the big box ...

Did not last 3 years

It was always kinda noisy, and we were constantly pulling some sort of weird crud out of it. But the worst of it all is it died 2 months before it's 3rd birthday. The repair guy said, not worth fixing and NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG.

Constantly stops and not enough water getting in

We have had the washer 3 years, but had issues with it way before. It constantly stops when washing and beeps. It also has now completely stop allowing water to enter to wash clothes. I had a 3 years extended warranty and now they are saying my warranty expired and I don’t know what to do about getting it fixed. My warranty should’ve been up in 2025 after the factory warranty expired and extended warranty. I don’t recommend this product.

Stopped working

Great if you only expect it to wash well for 3 months. We had issues with the machine after about 3 months. There are no proper instructions on how to clean it. The clean cycle is absolutely pointless. The machine accumulates soap scum and dirt and the close looks like it has been washed in mop water. Now three years after purchase it stopped working. Ridiculous. I do not recommend. The Samsung dryer we bought at the same time has issues as well.

gray residue flakes all over everything

I've done everything possible to run self cleans, use hd detergent, use very little soap, manually clean. the wash cycles result with gray residue flakes all over. clothes covered.

TRASH

TRASH washing machine. Have had it for a little over a year and already had to replace. Cycles would not complete leaving clothes soaking wet

Do not recommend

Had for 18 months before it took a dump on me and cost me over $500 to try to fix and now I’m just buying a new one.

Worked great while it worked

Delivery was quick and easy, but withing 10 days the unit out of no where smelled like smoke and stopped working. Lowes 48hour return policy is not cool. They sent me over to Samsung to have a tech come look at the washer. That took 2 days and now its two days later and still no fix... can't wash clothes at home. I will seek to buy from a different company that has a better return policy.

Love the price I got it for!! Just purchased the matching dryer.

Didn't even last a year.

The washer started off great. Very little sound and did a great job. We bought it in July 2023. It broke by January 2024. The bearing went out. Every time it would spin the clothes, it made a loud clicking noise. The company sent someone to fix it. That lasted 1 month before doing it again. This washer is a waste of money.
