Loving this washer with 3rd shelf. It is so quiet and cleans so well. Love how it opens when finished!

Rethink this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine should have not been made. Its design is flawed. Heat doesn’t have the ability to heat water up to designed specifications. So it shut down and you have to start the cycle over again. It may take 3 attempts to get a complete cycle?

Dishwasher came damaged. Lowes refused to swap because it was 1 day outside of 48 hour return window. Terrible service

Great features

Dent on the Dishwasher

The product has dent on it. It is hassle to call and get a replacement.

It is very quiet

Works as it should, no issues. It has an auto open after wash is complete, something our last one did not have.

Superb cleaning, truly whisper quiet and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used KitchenAid, Bosch, GE dishwashers before and, hands down, this Samsung one is arguably the best one at a great price. Cleaning is excellent, from plates to pots, everything gets perfectly clean. At the beginning, rack system could be a bit challenging, but once you use it for a few times, you'll see that makes perfect sense and maximizes every inch. It is absolutely whisper quiet, to the point that you forget dishes are being washed...

Non functioning

Unit did not work when installed. It’s been 2 weeks and Lowe’s has still not swapped out the unit.
