Love that the dishes dry so quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good buy. The dishes are cleaned well and they dry quickly with the pop open door at end of cycle. Only issue is that items on the third rack on top does not clean as well as other lower racks.

So So Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is fantastic. It is much quieter than the old one and sometimes I don't even realize that it is on. It doesn't struggle at all to get everything clean. There are many different cycle options, which is good too.

Works well, but

Detergent dispenser can be difficult to latch and it sticks out and will catch on rack when trying to close door. If not carefull it might off. Back lighting on controls is poor and can be difficult to read. 3rd rack is ok, but can only put small utensils that don't stick up very far. The unit cleans well and is very quite, but I t seems like corners were cut or were not...

Overall a good product for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well as long as you rinse the dishes first. The dishwasher has a hot wash steam cycle that I love. I also needed a dishwasher to have less than a 24" door width to fit the spot where we removed the old one. It fit like a champ!

smelly

Had dishwasher for about a year and it needs constant cleaning. If you don't clean it, it will stink up the kitchen. should have stuck with GE which was 20 years old and never stank. Considering eating what I paid for it and getting rid of it.

Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with Lowes' customer service. I ordered this product on April 11, 2025. It was to be installed on April 24, 2025. On April 24, I was contacted by the installer and told that when he went to pick up the dishwasher at the Lowes in Silva, NC the product was damaged and that a new one would need to be ordered. I assumed that was done! No!!!! i checked today, May 1, and the Lowes app I was referred to said that the dishwasher had been picked up on April 24! It wasn't!! T...

I have had this for one week. I upgraded from the cheaper one because it did not dry the dishes. This one stays wet too. Lowe's said it is because it was plastic and I could upgrade. I did, but it remains wet all of the time. My 25 year old Kitchen Aid was always dry after washing the dishes. Really dislike this. Wish there had been more revies that were not part of a promotion. They might be more honest!

Worst dish washer I've owned

First, the top rack is pointless. you can't put large cooking utensils on it, they don't come clean. It works OK for eating utensils, but there is a basket for those also (large cooking utensils don't fit in that either). The other racks are designed poorly. The angled design for the bottom does not make it easy to place plates with any type of 'lip' on them, and larger bowls/casserole dishes do not fit well. The top rack is designed poorly also...cups don't sit nice, angled bottom makes stackin...
