Poor quality

Looked nice out of the box, pretty easy to use. Problem is I've had it about 5 months and all the burners have stopped working except half of one on the front. They just stopped heating one at a time over a period of about 3 months. The small ones at the back were hardly used at all when they quit. The cost of the parts to fix the stove add up to more than I paid for it when I bought it new. Very disappointed in this stove. Definitely not buying any more samsung appliances.

Alarms are loud, LEDs are bright.

The oven and range work great. We have had it for two weeks. We really like the dehydrate function and bread proofing. Stove top and oven seem to heat up quickly and perform like you would expect. I have a couple of minor complaints.The alarms (timer, when the oven has reach temp) are really loud and there is no way to make them quieter. The LED is very bright. Institutions are easy to fallow. Enjoy the convection oven. Burners heat up fast. Love it.

New stove

I just love me new Samsung stove. I am so happy with all the special features and it is so easy to use.

Very nice stove looks amazing nice size oven cook top allows you to set the burners for the size of kettle you use. Responds quickly easy to go from hot to warm without having to move kettles off of burners.

Took 2 hours to cook dinner

The oven never heated to the actual temperature we needed and the burners were equally horrible. Took 2 hours to cook dinner which was a 30 minute meal.

Very good Range

This is a very good looking range, we just got it but itbis working fine and the wife is happy with it.

Not happy

Top always looks dirty even after cleaning. Almost looks like color is wearing and only used a handful of times. Wish oven came with 3 racks.

great stove

First off, it's a beautiful unit. There was some consternation about keeping it clean from some previous reviews. You really need 3 things 1) spray cleaner for glass cooktops for daily cleaning 2) cerama brite paste type stuff with scouring pad (not steel wool)-this is for like weekly cleaning 3) a razor for anything the others don't get up. This stove is amazing! I was so lucky to get it because every one that came in white was out of stock. Plus, it was under $1,000.

Does what it should.

The two fast boil burners are great at bringing water to boil quickly. It's nice being able to turn a knob to set the desired temperature over my last one that I had to press on then up or down to start high or low then press up or down up to 5 times if I wanted level 5.

The glass top will get spots. Made some eggs and sure enough I got 3 spots that would not come off. The stainless steel will show where you touched. The glass top will show lint/dust. The storage drawer is small and kind of a pain to open. I have not tried the convention part of it but, to be honest I figure its going to disappoint like the rest of the stove. Product great. Lowe's Customer Service worst ever.

It's a Samsung so it's what you expect awesome. But even with that said, dealing with Lowe's and delivery provider at best 2 star. Oven/stove top 5 stars Lowe's 0. Not planning to return to Lowe's anytime soon.
