Disappointing Appliance

We have owned this for over 2 years now and there have been countless times I have been frustrated with the product. 1 basic complaint but it impacts the product's daily use. After a pot comes to a boil and you turn the burners down to low they continue to boil for far longer than the previous glass top stoves and pots continue to boil over. Worst Appliance Purchase I Have Ever Made

this is easily the worst appliance i have ever owned. regardless of the stovetop burner setting, everything boils. the large burners grow so hot that our range hood goes into emergency mode to prevent a fire and it has melted and cracked our microwave door. despite having no control over how hot the burners get, the small burners take 30+ minutes to get water to boil. the oven takes 20+ minutes to preheat. so disappointed with this appliance. samsung said they wanted to "make it right" fo...

Great oven

Great oven, have done two Thanksgiving turkeys, roast beef, various cake, cookies, and Yorkshire puddings. This oven has not let me down. Just make sure you have the correct wire if you have an older house.

Waiting for it to break so I can get a new stove

Worst purchase ever. This is my first time with a ceramic cook top, and after just a few uses, it is permanently stained. My biggest problem with this stove is that it takes forever just to boil water and you do not receive a constant induction of heat. Sauces burn if you are not constantly stirring. There is no simmering. On low or medium heat, the burner blasts heat for a few seconds then turns off, trying to be "medium" heat, scorching any liquids. It clicks..... burners on (click) burne...

Do not buy - Terrible performance

Steer clear- Followed all recommended guidelines for care and cleaning and after only two uses, there are several marks that cannot be removed. I used a calphalon pan that was branded as safe for glass cooktops and a non abrasive cleaner. I was told by Samsung that the marks were caused by the pan and this would not be covered.

Make sure it right before it is delivered

It was dented in on one side of the oven door so the door doesn’t shut right the paint was chipped on the other side on the top edge and the storage drawer won’t open or close when you finally do get it open. Very dissatisfied. They are replacing it but that hasn’t happened yet.

Item was discontinued but store associate found one for us. Very happy with the service & product.

Great convection oven

The oven has convection and the meal preparation very easily and the meal is very delicious!

Samsung stove

Great stove easy to use can’t find one complaint on it, smooth top and convectional oven

I really like the new stove and convection feature. I did not recieved any information to register for the company warranty.

Control Panel caught FIRE

Oven was in use and the control panel began shooting fire out from the top backside of the range. I would NEVER recommend this death trap on anyone.
