Would RecommendI love all of my staub products and the ceramic collection is no different. They cook so well and hold heat. I have the sage green color and it is just beautiful. My only critique is that I wish they had lids. Maybe plastic ones, so you can put the dish in the fridge and stack anything on top of it instead of just foil or something.
