Practical, beautiful, used every day

These Staub ceramic cocottes are an interesting - and wonderful! - counterpart to the Staub cast iron cocottes that are their equivalent in aesthetic and size but not practicality. I adore the ways in which I can use these for small snacks, for microwavable items, even to bring on to my roof terrace so that I can cover them and keep them safe from Manhattan bug life.
