I will say I made jello in the small one and had to put in a little sweat equity to get the color out of the corner of the dish when done. Made me a little nervous abt them being absorbent to color.

I baked chicken wings in it and they turned out amazing and it was easy to clean. Very pleased with my purchase and will buy more staub products in the future
