Carpet came in with stains every three feet from the manufacturing process. The installer noted the issue and called Lowes and his boss from the beginning. We were told they would order new carpet. It has been more than two weeks. One inspector came out and verified the issued. Now Shaw wants to send another inspector out. Lowes has still not ordered new carpet. Lowes does not stand behind the product. This was a $10,000 and Lowes has not helped to get the matter resolved.

Beautiful carpet, rich feel, you feel spoiled
Would RecommendBeautiful carpet, plush rich feel, you feel spoiled to walk on it. In stock and installed quickly. If you don’t mind paying a little extra it is worth it in our opinions. Being plush it leaves a lot of foot prints is our only negative. But we vacuum frequently anyhow.

Would RecommendSo soft. So good. I did just get the sample and have no plans to get the carpet itself because of my specific situation, but if you're planning on getting a carpet for long-term, this is the one to get!!! It's so, so soft. One warning for those with pets and kids is that it's fairly thick, which makes cleaning a little more effort!

Carpet great, installers???
Would RecommendWent to Lowes as i figured would get great service. Prior to ordering I was offered for $15 a door for installer to cut down the doors. Sounds great. The day of the install nobody knew anything about it. Communication basically stopped. Someone randomly stopped by my house days later and cut 1 door (All crooked) and then left. No call or any communication. Had to do it myself. The carpet install was fine but If you expect them to cut doors dont hold your breathe.
