Worst carpet ever
Would Not RecommendWe were told it was the best carpet. Great for pets, stains,children. The carpet is coming up in spots in just 5 months. Stains everywhere, just from my dogs walking on it. To get a stain out, you have to steam the spots about 4 or 5 times just to remove a simple stain. We were definatly lied to about how wonderful this product is. We will be out 13,000.00 because it needs to be replaced already. If you have cats, youll see thier footprints everytime they walk on this carpet

Would Not RecommendOriginal or first carpet order showed up with a stain and reordered carpet is not the same color as I selected. Reorder carpet has a different tone/hue than what I selected at store. Lowe’s customer service and Legacy Instillation company need to drastically improve their customer service skills.
