within days of installation, by a professional installer, there was buckling from the product. We did an online order and the store had it filled and charged my card. We showed up and the order, from 3 hours previous, (which they said would be completed in that time and confirmed by text), had not even been pulled. I heard another employee ask the flooring person and he said, "oh, I forgot". WE waited until they could find the correct flooring and then, the order could not be fulfilled, due ...

Just OK

I have been on a summer long project of replacing 35 year old carpet in my house with laminate flooring. I have been using a high end Pergo which is awesome. It is 12mm thick. I had an issue with a bathroom where I needed a less thick plank so I went with this since it is advertised as 10mm, waterproof, and has a pad attached. It looks OK but has a poor locking system. The tongue and the groove are very brittle and break easily. I advise not tapping either with a plank hammer. I just hooked a sm...

Terrible Product, great Lowe's service.

Our installer wasted two days trying to get this flooring to work. The largest issue was the VERY poor locking system that kept breaking or separating. Several pieces came already damaged in just the few boxes we opened before returning. A few of them were already separating as well. I gave the review 2 stars just because the return process at Lowe's was seamless. Loved the color and feel of this product and we were disappointed it didn't work out.

Go with something other then Stainmaster.

This product was a low grade flooring. The first five bundles were bowed in the center, and the flooring installers were unable to lock in most of the tiles. At that point they had to pull up everything they put down. Then we had to go through a tedious process to send it back to Lowe's and replace it with a higher grade flooring in the color my wife likes." Easy to clean

Stain master floor did not absorb the color of the beet juice that spilled on.to it.

Plan accordingly, get more than you think you need

Liked the color selections. Affordable pricing. However, too many boards were damaged in the boxes and not useable. Had to purchase more than needed to finish the job. Good news Lowes customer svc. refunded us back for the returned damaged boards.

Super easy to install

Easy to install, wife loves the light color, got 5 dogs so much easier to sweep out swifter mop then to vacuum

Looks great, but….

Not my first floor, but first time using this brand. It looks good now that it’s (almost) down. But, I’ve never had so much trouble getting pieces to slide into place. In the middle of the room it wasn’t easy but possible to tap together ( using heavy blows from 3# dead blow hammer). And if the pieces near the walls were shorter (24” or less) they would slide fairly easily. But I damaged multiple pieces trying to get them to go as other reviewers have stated.
