Both the supplier and installer kept in touch with us during the process. The installation was crew. The crew was very polite. They left everything spotless.

Missed lead on who moves the furniture by Lowes
Would Not RecommendWe bought the carpet. Arrange to have the furniture moved and when the installers showed up Eclipse the refuse to move the furniture. The installation company Eclipse wanted us to move the beds and dressers. We told them it was part of the contract and they refused to install the carpet until we moved the furniture. I am 70 years old with a torn rotaty cup on my shoulder and my wife is 69 years old 4 ft 10 inches at a 103 pounds We cannot physically move the furnature. Thats why we requeated th...
