Getting the correct carpet
So, this carpet has not been installed BUT the sales person at Lowe’s was excellent. We purchased carpet for our living room, bathroom, upstairs, 2 guest bedrooms and master bedroom. HOWEVER, Lowe’s is transitioning to a centralized process to get measurements, select the carpet, obtain an invoice/contract, pay for carpet then schedule the install all through remote “teams” via phone calls. Would Not RecommendIt's been over 3 months since I gave Lowes 5-6 thousand dollars and I still don't have carpet at my home. No one at Lowes is taking ownership of this problem. I have never given a negative review in my life, I'm patient & understanding but Lowes has 100 percent not taken care of us. I want to get a refund
