Don’t buy carpet from Lowes

The carpet is great. The process of getting it installed and the customer service was a nightmare. Several missed days of work over Lowe’s ordering wrong carpet and then the second time they sent it to the wrong warehouse. 3 times it took to get the carpet installed.

CHECK YOUR COLOR BEFORE ACCEPTING!!!

This would be a zero if I could rate that low. Shaw sent out the wrong color carpet and had the nerve to say I typed in the wrong color code even though all the emails had the correct color. It was to be installed 3 days before I moved in. I am now moved in, with 2 rooms of only padding. All the furniture is piled in the dining room and other bedroom. Scott at the Topeka store has been very helpful in getting this fixed, but the pain of it is pretty bad.

This could take much longer than Lowes tells you

The first person who came out to do the measuring had no idea what he was doing and wasted an hour and a half doing nothing. Second guy came out a few days later and took about 30 minutes to get it done. We were told this process takes just a few minutes but obviously it didn't. After 3 weeks, we had the crew out to put our carpeting in our basement and they did a great job, except they didn't have enough carpet to finish the steps. They did 3 steps and did the pads for the others but no carpe...

Cheap looking!!

I am so upset. This looks and feels like cheap, industrial carpet, and that is with nice padding. I would NEVER have purchased this had I realized. I took the sample carpet board home for color comparison then ordered the product on line. Having a representative in the store to talk to would have been helpful. It cost me close to 4,000$ to carpet 2 bedrooms and a hallway, and that is with an almost 50% of sale. With that cost, it truly never occurred to me that the carpet would not be plush and ...

We love the thickness of this carpet. It looks and feels fantastic. The color ( subtle clay) is neutral and looks great with all of the paint colors in each room. It’s terrific.

Beautiful grey carpet

Very happy with the luxury feel, 68" pile, and the color of the carpet. The installers were great too. It has a two tone quality to it--grey and white. So for us, not too dark, just right.

We paid for the carpet/pad and installation. Got install service over 3 weeks later. no complaint for the wait but in the end, there was 1 small vanity room carpet not installed. We were surprised as we were told it should be included (and it was measured). there was more than enough carpet and pad left over for it.
