Don’t order carpet through Lowe
Would Not RecommendLowe’s tried but they partner with ServicePro for the install and ServicePro is plain awful. I wanted someone to come check the install after the fact, and ServicePro would mot return my calls. Lowe’s finally got them to but I was told some story that an independent stair builder told me is garbage. Also the amount of carpet needed was over measured. The ServicePro installer told me to write down the overage amount (108) that they would take it back to Lowe’s and I’d get a refund since it was su...

Would Not RecommendI purchased Stainmaster Carpet from Lowes. There were two problems: 1) There was a 15% rebate sign over the carpet samples which said the Stainmaster Carpets had a 15 % rebate. On the website there is a very detailed list of the carpets that the rebate applied to, which was not the carpet I purchased. The rebate sign was over the carpet sample and the sales person told me that the rebate applied to the carpet I was purchasing.
