Would Not RecommendInstallers said they would arrive between 10 and 1. I was ready at 9:30 just in case they were early. They didn’t show until 3:00. No explanation- didn’t speak English. When they saw they had to move some furniture,they wanted to charge to do so. My contract said furniture move was included. I said no way I would pay. After they were on the phone with Lowes until 3:30 to settle this, install finally started at 3:30, after 6.5 hours of my waiting. Problems: besides the long wait period,how ca...

Defective
Would Not RecommendI would never buy another carpet from Stain Master. This carpet has a defect in it that will never come out and Lowe's is giving me the run around on this problem. If I have learned anything from this is never let Lowe's install anything for you because if you have a problem they will just jerk you around. In the photo I put on here you can see a line on the carpet that will not come out.
