Would RecommendWe had serval small problems which Lowes handled very well. Our first carpet selection was not available. They worked with us to find an alternative. Both the supplier and installer kept in touch with us during the process. The installation was crew. The crew was very polite. They left everything spotless.

Can’t rate product, still waiting on installation. Can’t believe you would ask for review before carpet installation. Reviews should be sent out after a period of time so they can accurately evaluate products after they are installed or used.

Have patience with Lowes installation
Would Not RecommendThis is not the carpet I ordered! The installers ripped up my carpet not realizing that they had the wrong carpet in the truck. I with an exposed subfloor for two weeks. Lowes would not cancel my order so I can go with someone else and promised a compensation (got nothing). When the new installers came to install they buried my fire place key.
