Disappointed
The salesman was very helpful. We were pleased that we were going to get our carpet within a few weeks, but we’re misinformed about how they were going to install our carpet. We were going to have several different cuts and seams in high traffic areas that would not have held up so we canceled our install. Very disappointed

Missed lead on who moves the furniture by Lowes
Would Not RecommendWe bought the carpet. Arrange to have the furniture moved and when the installers showed up Eclipse the refuse to move the furniture. The installation company Eclipse wanted us to move the beds and dressers. We told them it was part of the contract and they refused to install the carpet until we moved the furniture. I am 70 years old with a torn rotaty cup on my shoulder and my wife is 69 years old 4 ft 10 inches at a 103 pounds We cannot physically move the furnature. Thats why we requeated th...

Would Not RecommendProduct is fine. Sales associate lied to me at time of purchase. Sold me 204 sqft for a room that was only 156 sqft. She said that is the way it is. I asked the installation company and they said they dont need that much overage. Spent over 200$ more for the carpet that ended up list going in the garbage. Buyers beware.
