Would Not RecommendI have installed plenty of floors, this is GARBAGE!! The room was level, no crazy corners, yet EVERY piece fought back. I had fewer problems with 0.99 SQ FT cheap flooring. I Will NEVER buy this product again. I will say it does look good once installed. Only recommend to people you hate and won't ask you to help them install this garbage.

Difficult to install - instructions incomplete
Would Not RecommendReviewed in detail both stain master instructions as well as various videos. The only video on the Lowe’s site was for PERGO brand which showed at clipping together easily. The color was a good match for existing flooring and the manufacturing quality seemed pretty good. However, it’s advertised and the instructions says you can just clip it together, which is totally incorrect. Hard to install without damage
Would Not RecommendCompared to Pergo, which I have previously installed, it was both harder to install and easier to damage. I like the completed look but there were a lot of problems with the product.

doesn't lock in place and doesn't lay flat
Would Not RecommendI think I got boxes that were already returned due to being defective. Why did Lowes put them back into regular stock? What a waste of my time. Am I the only one having this issue? They don't lay flat when put together. It's curled up in a u shape. I wish I did not have to put more time into returning these and searching for a better brand.

Incorrect order and not easily installed
Would Not RecommendI ordered 10 boxes of Stain Master, Ocala Hickory, and received 3 boxes that were not this color. Also, it does not lock and when hammering in a piece tight, another piece come apart. AKA, not easily put together. Taken back 8 boxes to buy Prego, we used Prego before, but they changed color schemes and bought Stain Master for the color match.
