We bought this flooring in April and had it installed in our new home on our second floor. Within 2 MONTHS, there were 4 different areas that chipped and we hadn’t even fully moved in yet!! It’s a beautiful color but it is very cheaply made and wasted our money on it.

Not a good laminate

Flooring sample looked nice in store.. When it went in it looked terrible ! It does not clean well at all. There is a hazy sheen on it after cleaning. I used cleaners safe to use . The finish is not nice. I wish I could throw it out but too much work to install another flooring. Do not buy!

One of the worst laminates I have ever dealt with.

I bought this same laminate last year and it was easy to install and came out great .So I decided to do the room next too it . It has been a disaster. It will not stay locked. I don't know if the manufacturer has been changed or what. So I have started to use tightbond glue on every piece to hold it together. I have installed a lot of laminate over the years and this is one of the worst.

If I can do it, you can too!

First, I am a newbie at diy. Many videos and research before tackling this project. Second, I bought this product from a local auction (no pad attached). I was hesitant that I might just hate the color once installed, since it's multi (Forrest City Pine). Third, I did this alone (450 sq ft). Demo, self leveling subfloor, and install. Lastly, I LOVE IT! Did it take forever? Yes. Did I smash a finger and/or pinch the skin on my forearms between some planks? Also yes. Yet, I sit here with a smile ...

DO NOT BUY

Garbage product. They dont lay flat, and are not square. They lock not flush with the floor. I tried to weigh them down and deal with it when I should have just loaded'em up and returned them. Half a room later I noticed that the earlier rows popped apart and left gaps. Started over. Same thing.

Big disappointment

This project is terrible. Doesn’t lock no, chips easy and overall a nightmare to work with. After sending a detailed message to Lowe’s I never even received a courtesy call back. To add to it after spending over a thousand dollars on this floor. When I got my bill I was charged 2.00 to get a paper bill in the mail. Don’t buy Stain Master flooring and don’t expect Lowe’s to worry if their product isn’t quality. Worst home improvement project we’ve ever done!
