Worst experience ever!!!
Worst experience ever. We have had nothing but problems. We spent close to 20K and here we are trying to get new flooring installed due to the flooring contracting and leaving major gaps. We noticed the issue in Dec and notified Lowe’s. It is almost June and we are still dealing with issues. We have to have entire floor replaced.

Would RecommendAs described, mild learning curve to install, but the video that they have available is highly recommended before getting started. We personally liked the color, the pricing was on point and on par with our project, and the outcome was as expected. Ordering was a pain, but that's more on Lowe's and not the product.

Damaged product and POOR Customer Service
Would Not RecommendI received this product DAMAGED. It was late arriving and when I went to pick it up I waited 2 hrs for staff to locate the item. I reordered the same product because I already have my floor torn up and I need my floor installed. Hopefully this next batch will not arrive damaged.
