Carpet Is Okay, But the Warranty Is HORRENDOUS

We purchased our STAINMASTER PetProtect carpet along with the PetProtect padding in August 2016. Due to other projects going on in our home, it wasn't installed until July 27, 2017. After our cat a few accidents on the carpet at the bottom of the steps, we had it professionally cleaned at our expense ($150) as the warranty requires. This is a wonderful feature

We bought our carpet in October. We only have a cat, but we are old, and not really careful all the time. I am so glad we have this carpet.

I have had my STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet for a few months now. I bought it for the quality and defense against all of the potential messes three kids and a new puppy will bring. I had not anticipated how soft and plush it will be. Even our children's friends notice with their little toes "This carpet is sooo soft!!!!" We love it.

not what it was advertised

got this carpet put in last Sept 2016. it was advertised as great for pet hair stains and durability. Imagine to our surprise within the first couple of days we noticed pile being pulled up and loops appearing where we have to cut them with scissors. we keep our dogs nails trimmed blunt. we spent a lot of $ on this carpet and very upset on the durability of it. tina Barnett warsaw indiana

Not as described

This carpet has been down less than 3 months. I am totally dissatisfied with the carpet. Within A month it was showing traffic stains and we do not wear shoes on the carpet. This carpet is not as advertised. I want something done. Our last carpet was 20 years old same color and did not have stains as bad. We are totally dissatisfied. We want something done.

Repels stains, very soft and wears well!!

I bought this a year ago and love it. We bought more of the same for other rooms. It is very stain repellent and plush. It pops right back up even after leaving heavy furniture on it for over a year. You could not tell after vacuuming and a few days that furniture ever sat there.

Very nice carpet and pad

The price was right, which included the upgraded path, instal, furniture move, removal of old carpet. Installers were great. All is great for the first week.

Beautiful upgrade to our nome

Is very soft and plush carpet, gives our home a fresh look. Answered below questions as excellent, but only been in for 2weeks, hopefully lives up to expectations.

Pet Pro Stainmaster is a gimmick!

Does not live up to the sales pitch. We have 5 animals and therefore there are going to be accidents. Cleaned them exactly how we were instructed to on the website for our carpet and the stain as well as an odor remains. We have even paid for our carpet to be professionally cleaned and still there is a odor of cat. We bought the Pet Pro carpet and pet pro padding only to have wasted our money. Waiting to hear back from the company.

Great looking carpet

Purchased this carpet about a month ago and it looks great. I can't say the same for the company that installed it. Visible seams most everywhere.

Very Disappointing

I purchased 170 yards of this carpet to use throughout my house. The carpet was laid 11 months ago. There have been no spills and yet I am getting patches of soiling throughout. They can be somewhat cleaned however, within a week they appear again, larger and creeping together.

Not so pet friendly

Have had this carpet for sometime now. Not very dog friendly. My medium sized dog just loves to roll around, like must dogs I know do. When she does this is leaves nail imprints in the carpet. In order to get this to blend back in I must vacuum in all different directions. This makes the carpet look terrible in between vacuums. I only have carpet in one room and bought this pet friendly carpet in hopes that they really knew pets. I believe you need to try out your carpet in pet homes.
