Installation is a joke!
Would Not RecommendYou buy your carpeting and find out it takes two months to install.They don't do it locally,they have a company 600 miles away come and do it. I have a rental sitting empty waiting on them.Free installation has to have a catch.If you're in a hurry forget getting them to install it..

Have to call every day to stay on top of it
Would Not RecommendThe length of time to get carpet shipped that was on the back wall and in stock. I was told it would take one day to ship and it took eight days. I probably talk to different people two dozen times. But I should’ve probably been on the phone more frequently. There was confusion as to whether the installer was picking it up, or if it was being delivered. That caused delays.
