Would RecommendWe liked the 15’ width so we had no seams in our bedroom. The sub who came to measure, did the install were very good. Made the appointments called to reconfirm since it was scheduled 2 1/2 weeks away (very busy time for them). Very pleased .

Would RecommendI’m satisfied with the carpet, but the problem that I have is, I was told that it was a 2 week back log on installation. But when the installers called 2 weeks later to set up a date, it’s another 4 weeks before they will be able to come & install it. If it’s gonna be 6 weeks, I just would like to be informed ahead of time & that’s what I would be expecting.

Would RecommendWe were told our carpet would be installed within a few weeks. However when we finally got the install date it was for a few months later. This carpet was for my business so I had to go hire a separate team to do the install and I had to pay an additional $600.00. I explained this to Lowe’s but they never offered to compensate us but they did say they were very sorry.
