Would RecommendThe distressing pattern is nice. There is enough variety that it looks like real wood. The pieces lock together very tight and easily when you tilt the pieces upward and tap lightly. We used this in the upstairs hallway, master bedroom, walk-in closet and are very pleased with the results. Most cuts were done by scoring the top surface with a razor blade then bend away from the score. The material snaps easily once the surface is scored.

Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendInstalled December 2019, loved them at first then chipping and buckling in living room area! Now we need to replace the entire floor! So, if there's a warranty I'd sure love to hear back from you! I emailed SmartCore several times and got nothing! No reply!

Love the pattern
Would RecommendWe put the floor down ourselves. There was a learning curve, especially locking the pieces together. My daughter helped me put it down and about a 1/4 of the way in we finally got it figured out and it went quicker after that. We watched some YouTube video's also on laying vinyl flooring and it helped a lot. I love the rustic look. I have vinyl flooring in a couple other rooms and I love the durability of it.

Would RecommendSuper easy to put together, I just wish it was easier to find all pieces(stair nosing etc) without having to special order. ITS BEAUTIFUL and worth it though.

Would RecommendWe put Shady Pine in our whole rental house and it is gorgeous. I am a bit obsessed with this floor. Has variations of brown plus shades of blueish gray so it goes well with either warm or cool colors. (We put it with gray walls.) Feels great to the touch. Highly recommend.

Would Not RecommendLoved the color and pattern that we chose. The concept of "clicking" and "snapping" together the floor is what appealed to us the most (especially since we had no experience in doing such a project) but BE WARNED the tabs at the ends of the planks are VERY BRITTLE and break easy.
