Buyer Beware!

Beware buyer!!! I bought mine a few years ago and needs to be looked at. Turns out only place allowed to work on Singer machines is a Singer Warranty Center! Your local sew service repair person cannot do any work or service on the machine! The closest Singer location to me is 150 miles away.

Great basic features and lots more to learn

I'm still learning its features, it has many. I fell in love with the bright work lights, extended table, needle threader and thread cutter right away. Now I'm venturing out from wovens to knits and learning some utility and specialty stitches. It's fun, and I'm creating wonderful clothes and also sewing for charitable causes.

Great Quantum 9960 Sewing Machine

I was looking to upgrade from my HD Singer and this was it. I love this Quantum Stylist. I use it almost every night for projects to take to craft fairs, quilts, gifts. It does SO many things. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Better than Great!

I bought this machine about a month ago, and I already had a really good high-end machine that still worked at 45 yrs old, but I wanted some bells and whistles. Well, I got that and more. This Singer Quantum is a dream machine, I LOVE it and use it all the time. It does great stuff, has turned me back into a seamstress, and my old beloved "high end' machine sits in the closet. Time to move on. You won't regret it.

Love this machine!

I began learning foundation paper piecing and this machine with its built in thread cutter, large deck, and ease of use, saved me so much time, and provided less thread wastage. Definitely a game changer!! I am excited about the ability to stitch letters and the wide variety of stitches available. Thanks, Singer!

Love all the features on it

This is my second Singer 9960. It handles a lot of layers and this jeans yet soft on softer fabrics.

Just What I Needed

Just the machine I needed. The stitching is easy as are the instructions. The many decorative stitches and the alphabet in 5 fonts will be very helpful.

Does every thing I would want a machine to do.

I bought one 6 months ago and thinking of getting another just like the 9960. I have two sewing places in my house with another machine I would not have to carry it from one place to another. 9960 is. great machine.

Wow!

I bought this machine for myself to replace an 20yr old Kenmore machine. After taking my Mom’s new 9960 machine for a ‘test-sew’ I knew this was the right one for me as well. The 9960 sews so smoothly. The price was fantastic and shares so many features of many of the more expensive brands.

Even stitches

Stitches are very uniform. The machine seems to self adjust to various fabrics.
