Would RecommendI’ve known for a long time that places that paint bare metal usually use a self-etching primer for best adhesion. I was pleased when Rustoleum started offering a self-etching primer in an aerosol can. My experience with this product has been good, and I try to use it on all bare metal prior to the finish coat of paint.
