Better than white universal primer
Would RecommendI’d previously purchased the white universal binding primer and every single can was awful. It left a bumpy texture on every thing I tried it on. It was almost like it was intended to be textured. I tried this gray and it performed perfectly. Nice smooth coverage, fast drying, great adhesion.

Would Recommend2 Fiberglass planters and pedestals which of been outside for many years were in bad need of a refinishing/updating in appearance. They had been black for many years and I wanted to freshen them up with A color which would be much lighter and would replicate the color of cement – so from a distance they would appear to possibly be cement planters. The rust oleum Paint did just the trick!
