Not what it used to be
Would Not RecommendI continue to be disappointed by Rust-Oleum brand products. Something's awry. Their spray paints are definitely NOT what they used to be. Clearly they've changed the formula (pun intended). It DOESN'T coat like it used to and DEFINITELY isn't actually preventing rust. For the cost, I could just get some cheap 3 dollar paint elsewhere.
