product was easy to put together but was damaged in freight shipment. It was to expensive to ship back via freight

Disappointing

Negative: I bought it barely two months ago and doors are already warping and do not close properly (see the picture). Positives: the shed was easy to assemble and looks very nice. I bought Rubbermaid because I thought it was a good brand, but according to other reviews door warping appears to be a common issue - I should have read reviews before buying! Will be spending my time contacting Rubbermaid to see if anything can be done. Disappointing...

Have had the storage unit for about a year, leaks thru doors, bottom of door split from opening, now no way to keep doors close. Where can I order a new door. Not well made.

Compatible Accessories Impossible to Figure Out

I picked up this shed (1V31) and installed it yesterday. I waited to buy accessories thinking Rubbermaid would have 'accurate' information with the paperwork. Not even close. Going online is a disaster. Nothing is consistent from the model number of the shed to the not-compatible lists. The same terminology and model numbers are not used. Even this Q&A section has a Rubbermaid answer referring to the Storage Shed Accessory Shopping List link...that list doesn't even include the 1V31! No w...

Nice looking but doors don’t stay on

I bought an older version of this a couple years ago and while I live the look the doors have never been able to stay on since the beginning. Any slight wind and my items are exposed because door falls off. I also could never find shelves for inside even though it looks like it can have them.

Great little shed.

I bought 3 of these, 1 for me a 2 for tenants. Making shelves was easy. Suggestion, but good plywood or MDF will help not warp. I would like to find PVC like used on trim boards. I used clear silicone at every joint to seal it up. It help strengthen unit to and keep bugs from getting in.

Still looks new after 10 Years and no more paintin

I moved from one home to another and moved my shed. I like the fact I can take it apart and put in together again. The doors are hard to shut and on a leveled crushed stone surface. My handle broke off trying to pull door open. Having trouble finding a new handle for this shed. Cant find online parts can u help me. I'm very happy with shed its going on ten years now and it still looks new. And best part is it don't rot or have to be painted. I need a new door handle?

I bought this shed a year ago, and I don't have any complaints. One of the doors started to bow out and I noticed that a pool float was pressing against it. When I adjusted the float, the door went back to normal. It gets So. Cal. sun all day and still looks good. I do recommend that you set it on something to raise above the ground. I put mine on bricks. I saw the negative reviews and had to write this.

Great Product!

I bought two of these sheds and although assembly was a little tricky at times, complete with sudden drenching thunderstorm, the finished structures have been solid and durable with no major problems or drawbacks. Couple of slightly wobbly looking slightly warped side panels, one door closing needs just a slight extra push. Just follow the assembly instructions carefully, select the right part, the right way up etc. Screwed down the floor panels to an existing level deck and solid as a rock. ...

Doors Bow out if in the sun

The shed size is ideal, however, similar to other reviews, the doors bow the first few days in the sun. Not intended for outdoor use should be acknowledged by Rubbermaid. It would only take a small metal rod running the length of the door on both edges to resolve the issue. Handle latches are weak as well. Mine broke within a month.

A lot of shed for the money

Easy instructions pieces fit together well. I bought this storage unit for holding outside tools for our small urban garden. The wall hanging hooks and instructions for optional pegboard storage are very useful. My only concern is the New Mexico sun devastating the Rubbermaid plastic during the ten year warranty, but that remains to be seen. Right now, it's excellent and worth the expense.

I like this shed

I like the shed a lot, keeps my stuff dry even in heavy rainfall. however, for some reason i can not find shelving accessories for it. I'd like to put in shelves, I see where there is a place just to slide them in, but cant find the accoressories

stay away from

Bought this shed from Sears and assembled about 40 days ago. The Shed has not seen much sun yet and already the doors are sagging. Now we have huge gaps on both doors, (no longer water tight). Sears giving me the run around, because they have a 30 day warranty only.

Poorly designed door hinges; doors won't stay on

Purchased the medium sized shed a number of years ago. The roof quickly bowed after setup. The doors have a pin "hinge" at the top to keep the door anchored to the roof, but when the roof bows as it will inevitably do just shortly after you purchase the shed, then the doors will no longer stay in place. (yes, I assembled it correctly, it is level, etc... I am an engineer). On the upside, the color and design look good.

If you have rodents forget plastic

I bought this a couple of years ago. Installed 2-1” plywood for floor on cinder blocks. The rats, etc love the plastic. The doors fall off every time I open or close them. Disassembled it to make space for a sturdier TuffShed and parts started breaking. NEVER AGAIN RUBBERMAID.

Not Bad, But Not Great

I bought this unit a couple of years ago because it was the only one I found to fit the space where it stands. I agree with others who stated it should have come with anchors for shelving because I am now on the search for those. The doors are also my biggest concern because the plastic pins that only support the top and bottom are not enough to keep the doors from bowing. Great Quality but no shelves

I've had this product for many years and it is still in good condition. Great product and is great that tall items can be stored. However, it would be such a plus if Rubbermaid sold optional shelves to add to the product if desired.

Perfect outdoor storage

We purchased the identical shed about 4-5 years ago, and it has worked out so well that we decided to purchase the same shed again. Last year we bought our first non-living Christmas tree, and it is too big, too heavy to lift up into the garage rafters. So housing it and some other boxed decorations in this new shed is perfect. No lifting; we just stand it upright in its plastic bag, ready to go next Christmas.
