I already have 3 smaller Roughneck sheds that I've had for about 4 years. They have held up well in the hot Florida sun and I needed a bigger shed for other storage. I will never buy a metal shed. Metal sheds rust and they don't hold up to these Rubbermaid resin sheds. Worth the price.

Placement area MUST be PERFECTLY LEVEL.
Would RecommendMy driveway is asphalt, level side to side, but slightly downward angled (about 5 degrees). The shed wall started to buckle after a few days when I had it sitting sideways. When I turned it so the door faces downhill, it works well (door doesn't stay closed unless you put the lock through and that's okay). Can't lean heavy objects against walls. We'll probably give it to our daughter for pool floats.

Good for the money
Would RecommendEasy to assemble. Pretty sturdy. The floor panels require full decking beneath them (framing alone is insufficient). The hinge system on the doors is inadequate, resulting in bowing (fix by running a 1/2" threaded rod from underneath the shed, through the hinge part of the door, and up through the top of the shed, securing with a nut and washer).

Secure Sturdy Shed
As described, 2 people needed. It was put together timely. We did not have a "floor" our ground was level. Seems very secure. I should have considered the larger size.

Look at something else
I bought this for my husband for his birthday to store his things outside. We live in Arizona and with the heat of the day the doors fall off because of the heat stretches the plastic resins. Very disappointed

Like it......but.......
Easy to assemble. Everything fit well. Problem is it was missing the roof braces. Put it together anyway. One week later the roof is sagging. Trying to receive the braces from Rubbermaid. If the roof was braced I feel it's a decent shed.
