Worst washing machine I’ve ever used!

I have used several washing machines in my life many being top loading machines, and I have never used one that went off balance as many times as this washing machine does. If I did 10 loads of laundry, eight of them would be off balance. The loads that would not be out of balance would be something like sheets, but if you put clothing in it, it goes out of balance, no matter how careful you are trying make sure those clothes are in there so it doesn’t go out of balance. Any American automatic washer is more reliable, and replacement parts more readily available than an Eastern machine.

Bought new in Sept 2019 and it's broken

Didn't last. Starts draining once agitation starts. Pump filter seems to possibly be out. we checked for clogs and there are none. hunk of junk and always off balance when spinning.

Not even a year old broke already making a chatter noise and will not spin dry the clothes

Disappointed

Bought this washer in April 2020. It's been just over 3 years and it is broken. I do one or two loads a week. I am so disappointed in this machine. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made my purchase.

good washing maching

I have had this machine for 4 years now. Still runs good. What I like the most out of this machine is the simplicity of the controls.

last less than 3 years

This washing machine started out well, but now is not longer working. I have had this washer less than 3 years and only do about 1 load of laundry a week.

Purchase this product 3 years ago, has been repaired five times and still not working properly. Buyer beware

Auto sense doesn't work

Do not buy this. No matter where we set the size of load (manual or auto) it either fills to the top or doesn't fill up near the top of the clothes and we have to wash them again. I'm going to throw this away and buy a different washer as soon as I can afford to buy another one.

Been Using this for 1.5 years now...

I bought this to replace the Roper that lasted me 11 years. This has been perfect for over 18 months, so far. No Complaints. I like its Simplicity and it still has more options than I need. Quiet enough from a few feet from laundry room door. Cleans my clothes real nice. No need to pay more.

run away from this hunk of junk!

Have had this washer for about 15 months now and it doesnt want to agitate. The “lid lock” button will flash which means fault. No real instructions to trouble shoot online. Again its 15 minths old.

Sorry I purchased

Purchased 8/20. Washer is slow operating, loud and hard to control cycle time.. Normally, ropers are straight forward that get the job done. This model is frustrating.

Worst Washer Ever...

We bought this washer on a managers special quite excited to get it home & give away our Kenmore that skipped, hopped & made all sorts of sounds to falling back into the thing with the new washer. It also has the weirdest settings, cheaply made, tub bounces almost out of the washer then completely just started making motor sounds and not doing a thing. I'm quite disappointed and want it gone today!! We just want our old washer back if we gotta deal with this type of crap. Don't waiste your Money...

To many sensors

Waited until right after warranty went out, If I had 1 sheet with a load it would somehow throw off the whole load and somehow the 1 sheet would be only on 1 side, I don't know why, did this the whole time I've had it. I hated it because of that but I kept it, now won't agitate or spin now.

great for the price. I love it, there is a wash that fills to the top, this one i use the most

The "autoload" feature works most of the time. Sometimes I have to add extra water to get it to wash properly..

The lid always gets locked

I've only had this washing machine not even 1 year and I have had this issue serviced twice.
