I have used several washing machines in my life many being top loading machines, and I have never used one that went off balance as many times as this washing machine does. If I did 10 loads of laundry, eight of them would be off balance. The loads that would not be out of balance would be something like sheets, but if you put clothing in it, it goes out of balance, no matter how careful you are trying make sure those clothes are in there so it doesn’t go out of balance. Bought new in Sept 2019 and it's broken
Didn't last. Starts draining once agitation starts. Pump filter seems to possibly be out. we checked for clogs and there are none. hunk of junk and always off balance when spinning.
Not even a year old broke already making a chatter noise and will not spin dry the clothes

Disappointed
Bought this washer in April 2020. It's been just over 3 years and it is broken. I do one or two loads a week. I am so disappointed in this machine. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made my purchase.

I have had this machine for 4 years now. Still runs good. What I like the most out of this machine is the simplicity of the controls.
