It won't let me pass the sound bar menu

Even tho everything is connected I follow all of the guides and I can't pass the menu I can choose a language the remote is connected and everything I switch all of the audio settings to sound bar it's in the right HDMI arc and there's still nth I need help I need y'all to reply and give me some help cause this seems like a waste of many I've tried setting it up multiple times and it's the same problem and there's nothing on the internet about this problem I need helpppp!!!

I’m very disappointed with the sound quality of this Streambar. I wish I hadn’t purchased it. There’s very little difference between the sound coming out of this product and the built in speakers on my tv. Also, sometimes it won’t turn off. Remote eats batteries!!!!

I agree with Joe t. review 6 days ago and used his same Review Title. I had the Roku Streambar Pro for less than 1 month and it was bought brand new. I had replaced the batteries last week and they were at 100%. Checking it a week later, it's already at 73%. I have several Roku streaming players, and none chew up batteries like this one. Needs improvements

Great device except for the terrible wifi capabilities. Needs an ethernet port. I pay for 1 gig connection internet but the soundbar maxes out at 82 mb leaving us with less than HD quality. Another thing Roku needs to start doing is, having the player actually turn off when you hit the power button so it isn't staying on 24/7

I would have given the Streambar Pro 5 stars, except that the sound is a little disappointing. The sound leveling feature does not work. I was constantly having to adjust the volume up and down with this feature enabled. I played with all the sound settings, and was able to get the sound pretty decent. Other than that, I love it. Sound bar freeze

Sound bar freeze after every 3-4 days. It won’t respond to remote keys, and only option is powering off and on.. to start the service. This is at my grand moms place and it is very problematic for her to reset. She has to take help from her neighbors to get it sorted. Need a fix for the problem.
