I bought this several months ago to watch my house

Very simple mounting process with maneuverability to give the angles necessary for mounting position. Good camera quality.

Can’t review footage on app

I’ve had several cameras cheaper than this one that all let you view your footage from the app with an SD.. It is crazy how you can only view from the app if you schedule a recording.. I guess you’ll have to schedule the break-in as well..

Horrible customer service

Started out great, now it just doesn’t work. No one seems to want to help me. Installed a couple months ago, worked great until about 2 weeks ago, now I try to contact them, no one ever gets back to me. Save your money and buy something else, complete joke!!!

Mailbox theft and car vandalism

Perfect! Affordable and yet still quality. Now I can catch the person that's been stealing my mail and hopefully get justice.

Great we'll priced cameras

The cameras I got are the plug-in outdoor cameras. Very clear picture and wide field of view. I liked them so much I subscribed to their service and just ordered 2 more cameras. Much cheaper than other cameras I have looked at. Also better than the Blink cameras with the live view that doesn't require you to click to keep it running. Only thing I'd like to see is in the phone app and Roku device apps to have a multi camera live view to see all of your cameras at once like other systems let you d...

Poor product

I’ve bought two cameras in the past few days and neither will work. My iPhone is working on iOS15 , I keep resetting it and even updated my software on my Roku account, and it still gives me an error. Price is good but the product is bad.

2 Way Audio

I am with the picture, but the 2 way audio doesn't work to well. I can hear people talking, but when I talk through the audio, it can't be heard and is very low. I even adjusted the volume, and it was still was poor.

It is so nice to be able to see when someone is coming down the driveway and to know who it is before they get to the house. My only issue was I had a hard time getting it to stay in place it kept falling off the magnet was not strong enough. But once we used permanent solutions no more issues.

Great outdoor camera

The subscription adds a lot of functionality that takes the camera from good to great. From checking on package deliveries to viewing wildlife at night, this camera catches it all.

Can't watch videos on the app without a subscript.

Camera is alright, but the fact I can put an SD card in there but can't watch teh video without a subscription...is a deal breaker. I literally will store these in a box unless someone needs one, but not for security purposes. Also, need to send it back to repair or replacement? Gonna cost you. They won't pay for you to ship it to them. I'm replacing one that won't scan the QR code. I'd rather have a refund but I'm outside of that window. DO NOT BUY, go get a Relink or another brand that...

Great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great camera! Very easy to install! It’s got a good quality to it to see what goes on outside. We live in a pretty rural area with a lot of traffic from people visiting so we like to always keep an eye on the outside world while home or not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roku outdoor camera is great, especially, it's a wired camera. The camera was rather easy to figure out and setup. Our house does not have any windows on the driveway side of the house so it is great to have a camera that can allow you to both see and hear what is happening outside from the comfort of the couch. The fact that it is weather proof is a huge benefit too being in New England weather.
