Christmas gift every year.

I buy these boots for my daughter every Christmas. She loves them. They are her go to work boots. Always comfortable.

Better when made in China, Now made in D.R.

Stitching blew out around the top of the boot where the calf padding is after 2 weeks, zippers keep catching on inner weather proofing flap, leather brushed off the toe top like fake leather does, even came with cheaper shoe laces. I get cutting out china from our products but if youre gonna increase the price, then quality control needs to improve. Beautiful boots but not enough foot space.

These are nice looking boots and high quality,however the boots are ALWAYS too tight on the outer feet and I had to order 1 size up because they always run smaller than the normal size NO MATTER what store you get them from.Breaking them in will not do much either.

Buy for my husband, who not the easiest on boots. Loves the fit and support. They do not last as long in the past couple of years though

Exactly What I Expected

This is my second pair of Rocky boots. My first pair is a heavily insulated hunting boot. But when I placed this order I needed something comfortable yet durable, as I'm on my feet at least half my work day, sometimes much more. The zip-side feature was very important to me for ease of putting on and taking off. I found these, researched, and placed the order. Too narrow

I bought these boots like I have many times in the past. Got the same size and width as normal. When I got these new ones I put them on and they were pretty tight on the sides. I figured I just had to break them in( not usually). After a few shifts of wearing them my toes were getting squished together and hurting. I sent an email asking to exchange them. Because I had worn them already too bad so sad!! Not happy !!

Uncomfortable

Purchased for my son who is 6'5", 400 lbs. Bought his usual size, 14 XW. Very difficult to walk in, heel of boot put pressure on his heal. Returned the boots and still waiting for refund over a month later.

Improper fit

I bought the Alfa force boots which in the past were great. But lately I have received Alfa boots that had some issues. The zippers would fail and not zip up or down, and the sewing inside the boots would cause a rubbing. The return procedures are long and difficult. Not easy at all. Should be better coming from Rocky.

Just Meh

Got these boots couple weeks ago. So far my evaluation of them is that they are just average.

I have owned this boot for 6 years and am currently on my third pair. They take so much abuse and I have put thousands of miles on each pair I have owned. Strongly recommend.

i ourchase the alpha work boot and the shoe lace are to long and the always tear i have to replace every pair after 3 months

Defective sole on boots

I recently purchased Rocky Alpha Force 8" waterproof public service boots from authorized dealer. 3 weeks later the entire sole had come off. Tried to return to store for exchange only. After being a victim of identity theft, I always pay in cash. I do not save receipts unless it is a major purchase. Authorized dealer will not exchange. You can look at boots and tell they are still new, no scuff marks and the bottoms have not been worn off. I actually wore the boots for 9 days and sole fell off...

Terrible Feature

I bought this product a few weeks ago and have had enough time to test it , the zipper is a flaw , this zipper is not stable enough to support any ankle . This instability has caused me pain a discomfort therfore I have been forced to stop using them only mere weeks after purchasing them .

Bad inside

Best tread for traction of any boot I’ve owned. The design an composition of the sole are perfect. The rest, waterproofing good, upper is fine, the inside is awful. For a decade I’ve bought two pair a year (for the traction) and they’ve all failed inside at the heal in about six months. Fix is cheap and easy but Rocky doesn’t seem interested. If you need a high traction boot that’ll likely last only a few months these might fit the bill.
