Would RecommendThis product, as stated on the packaging, did cover the 500 square footage of my 3 car garage. I bought two boxes, thinking the manufacturer was over stating the coverage, but their estimated spread was correct and I was happily able to return the unused box to Lowes. I was very pleased with quality of the finished results from using this Rustoleum epoxy/paint product and would highly recommend to my friends.

Was excited to try this product as my previous concrete "stain" did not work. Since I have a small garage I bought the single car kit, etched the floor and applied the epoxy. After 24 hours the first side looked pretty good. Since it only took half the gallon, I sealed it to use for the other side. Not a good idea... It went on flat and dried in a matter of minutes. Had to scrape it all off to start over. So, to finish my project I get to spend another 120 bucks on another gallon. Whatever is l...

Good But Coverage Overstated
Would RecommendThe standard 2 part epoxy kits for 2 1/2 car garage come with two kits so you can do one side at a time. Coverage is as advertised. The clear kit comes with one set so you have to make the whole batch and then that batch did just one side, not a 2 1/2 car garage. You need two kits ($$)..

Would Not RecommendI should’ve listened to the other reviews. I spent a week prepping and two weeks off the floor and at first I thought it turned out perfect. I have never once parked a vehicle on the floor and yet it’s already chipping off in a few areas. I wash the floor with plain water regularly and the pressure of a garden hose is enough to peel the paint away. According to them, there is no way to touch up or re-coat without totally scraping the current layer off. JUNK!

Problem solved
Would RecommendPaint did peal off floor after driving on it but I may have improperly primed the floor first. Called Rust-oleum and with no argument they refunded my money. I would purchase from Rust-oleum again. They stand behind their product.

Would Not Recommendit didn't turn out well. The grit was really more like salt and water condensation made pits where the grit was supposed to be even weeks after the job was completed because the surface was tacky It was a fail and I am so disappointed that I did it instead of a simple clear coat or nothing at all

Don't do it!!!
Would Not RecommendLess than 5 years installed. Yellowing from the sun. Chipping off in lots of places. Can't clean rubber tire skid marks off. Shows water getting under the surface, even just from wet tires after parking. Absolutely awful product. I should sue Rust-Oleum, because taking this off to put something better on is going to be a pain in the butt.
