Not as good as I expected, meh

I bought this in November and have only used it a handful of times and I expected it to work a lot better than it does. When using it I usually use Eco mode to try to prolong the battery, well, that doesn't help much because I can't even get 1 room finished without the battery dying. I have to empty the dirty tank numerous times for it to continue to work (I have cats and dogs) but it barely gets an inch of water in the dirty tank and I have to empty it. I usually don’t write reviews but I absolutely love this vacuum mop. I’ve had this vacuum for about 1month now and I don’t t regret my purchase. It’s easy to use leaves my floors clean. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time saving time. After use and docking the self cleaning is so good the roller is rinsed and dried with no odor. My co-workers have also purchased after hearing me talk about it and they love it as well. Good buy for your money.

Overall great

I never leave reviews on things but this deserves one! We bought this a month ago and I am SO impressed. I don’t have any regrets and wish I had this sooner. It works amazing, vacuum and mop functions! Amazing!! Makes my daily cleaning so much easier and my deep cleaning!

Have used for 4 weeks and the self clean roller quit. You should send out extra boxes for the return of these defective items.

Error code with no fix

Was gifted this and it didn't last long before it started throwing a code stating the dirty water line was clogged and it is clear of any debris you can see through it

Stopped Working after 2 Months

Worked well but stopped working after two months. Looks like one of the charging contacts on the base shorted. I’m in the process of finding a box to be able to send back for repair but what a pain after two months of only weekly use.

Gamer Changer!

Game changer for our house. I've had the mop/vac for a few months now and we use it almost daily. We have 7 people in our home and with lots of foot traffic. It has significantly helped in keeping our hardwoods nice and clean!!

Love my Roborock

I’ve had my Roborock now for 4 months and everytime I use it - I’m even more pleased with my choice. Does an excelent job cleaning my floors in a short amount of time. High quality

I have yet to use the replacement roller but it is good quality and everything came well packaged. It's so clean so I'm not sure how soon I will need to even replace it. Also the cleaning fluid lasts a long time so really don't need to order that too often either. This vacuum is a lifesaver.

Get it and save yourself some time!!

Wish I would have heard of this vacuum and ordered it years ago. I now want every single one of their products they put out. Amazing Time saver and does an excellent job with the self cleaning you can't lose with this vacuum.
