Super easy install

After some neighborhood break-ins, I decided to get a front door camera. I watched the installation video and was sold. Super easy, works like expected. Great product.

Very sensitive camera

We installed it couple of weeks ago with ease and it runs on 5G Internet. Unfortunately the other video cam runs on 2.4 so we switched all devices to 2.4. It would be great if Ring can make security cameras that run on cellular connection instead of internet because houses in remote places or seasonal homes may not have internet access.

Clear picture

I wish I would have bought this sooner. Being a single mom this comes in handy. I love the fact that you can talk to whoever is at your door without you being there.

The clarity is very good you can hear people outside you can select how you wantto motion around certain things it’s better than having ADT I’m saving a $800 a year just doing what they’re doing for a whole lot less !record and save videos, it’s great! My sons got me this for mother’s day last year finially has installed when they came home to visit. It has so manyother options and other devices you can ad. I love it

good experience

It installs easy. We actually had a competitive product removed and installed the ring ourselves I like having the booster inside. It is louder than the doorbell and can be placed where needed.

Changed my life (seriously)

Ring has given me such a stronger sense of security and safety. We had some packages getting stolen in my neighborhood before Christmas right off of our doorsteps, and having a Ring filming any movement it sees will likely deter many thiefs. My house also has an issue where you cannot hear the doorbell from upstairs, but Ring makes this no longer an issue since I immediately get notified on my phone and Alexa devices. The iOS app is great too. This is truly a great product.

Easy to install; works great

Very happy with the device and its web/app interface. The one caution is make sure that your doorbell transformer is the correct voltage...some of the older transformers’ voltage are too low

I’ve had this for few weeks and love it. I can’t here my doorbell upstairs and can’t don’t have a window to see who’s at front door so this is perfect. I live the neighbor alert feature too. Best money spent.

We have had this for about 3 weeks now, and it has worked great so far. Video is clear and audio is pretty good also. My only complaint is, that it picks my motion up when I leave for work early in the morning. It wakes my wife up too early. I wish there was an update or something that could be done where the doorbell knows which devices the app is installed on and not detect motion from the people who live in the house.

I bought the floodlight camera for for the back yard first and we have how installed the doorbell at front door. I love knowing what the activity is in yard. We have a Koi pond and when gone we can observe them, I know when someone comes down the drive way and they have technical support which I need, but it has been so user friendly I have not called. Everything about the product is great

A must have item for older residents

We purchased two ring door bells for Christmas. We have them installed, adjusted and working perfect. Our friends are amazed with our technology since we added Echo Show to our door bell system. With the apps on our iPhones we can view any activities at our door regardless of where we are when we receive the activity notice. Amazing to two 80 plus year olds!

Great custom features

Video quality is on point! Though this is heavily reliant on your internet speeds and connection. Also love to be able to customize the fields in which it can detect and alert of motion. I have it setup to cover my entire front and side lawn!

Pretty easy to install!

We received the RING for Christmas as a gift. LOVE it. The camera is excellent, clear view of our complete front yard. We have not have the opportunity to talk with anyone yet. It is great to be able to be out of town and know that we can check our home and our neighbors homes.

I love it! I did not know so many people walked by my house. So when I got home from work I had an entire day of "people moving" to many photos. I need to change the movement part.
