Would Not RecommendIt was easy to installed. But proved difficult to connect to my Wi-Fi. I called the help line and they could not help me. I spend about 3 hours following her instructions but to no avail.She said she will send a new one .

Would Not RecommendThis product is great- bright but not overwhelming. I have 4 of them around the exterior of my property. Already they prevented malfeasance from clicking on when someone was snooping around our cars. The linked devise features in the app are awesome. The only issue I had was that Lowes ships via fed ex and delivery was almost 2 weeks late and there was no communication from lowes about the delay. If you can buy these from ring directly or can pickup in store- do that. Don’t ship with lowes.

Would Not RecommendWe returned the first one we had because it was not picking up people in our driveway. The new one we got does exactly the same as the first one. We intend to take this one back too.

Cameras may not connect
Would Not RecommendLike the idea of spot and alarm but this camera which is closest to the router keeps popping offline. The Ring doorbell is almost always online and farther away. Put the 2nd new Ring camera in the attached garage and it will not stay online. Have a Wize camera 220' way from the house that is connected 99% of the time. What's up with the lousy connectivity on the Ring? Might return them at $200 each.
